Not long ago the owner remove the roof of the collapsing car port - but the job was half finished - due to some conflict. The top of the wall had been covered for 60-80 years and now has water constantly running down and saturating it. The grout that cemented the bricks together has dissapated and spalled such it is soft. The beam seen next to the wall is not attached to the wall. And everyday the top of the wall leans over further to south property.
